I will miss Frances so much, she was an amazing woman that I was blessed to have known!

She always had, never lost her touch of glamor.

Frances Johnson Baad

Frances was an incredible communicator, she always spoke with truth and clarity. She was expressive, an actress in her soul. She had a way of delivering words like no other. Frances was not afraid to tell it like it was and give you her honest opinion. If you were strong enough to listen to what she said without getting defensive she had great advice and it was always from a place of love. When she was in her final days we asked her what wisdom she wanted to share. Here are her final words of wisdom.
Let go of your heart, let it be free, don't be afraid to love.
Don't do anything because you think you should, do it because it feels warm in your heart.
Tell the truth, be honest, if you have something to say, say it! Don't hold it in. Don't keep things from people. Unless it would hurt them. Then it's ok to keep a secret to protect the people you love. Don't tell them things that will hurt them if you don't need to.

Frances is survived by her husband Jack, brothers Harvey and Robert Johnson, children Kathleen, John, Cynthia, Stephen, and Jennifer, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by brother Richard and sisters Yvonne and Hilda.
A celebration of her life will take place at her beloved Glen Lake cottage this summer in Michigan.
