Nancy Weir Elek Toft of North Port, FL died Dec. 10, 2016. Nancy was born in Lansdale, PA. She moved to Sarasota in 1955, was a graduate of Riverview High School and raised her family there. She is survived by her husband Dan Toft, two daughters, Jacki and Jeni, her sister, Elaine, and six grandchildren: Madeline, Maxwell, Richard, Olivia, Kristin, and Madison. Nancy was predeceased by her parents Jacka nd Helen Weir. She passed peacefully during her favorite holiday season surrounded by loved ones in a gracious and beautiful setting. The family respectfully requests donations in lieu of flowers sent to Tidewell Hospice, Philanthropy Department, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34238. A celebration of her life is scheduled for February with details to be coordinated.
