Amalia R. Stein of Venice Florida, passed away on April 28 2023 in Sarasota aged 76.
Lia was born in Jaen (Spain) to Pedro Rodriguez and Josefa Aguilar on 9th June 1946. Soon after graduation she moved to London to learn English and start her new career.
She first came to USA in 1973 working for IBM until she met and married Hans Stein, who died in 1999. She then worked as a Court Translator living in Baltimore before moving to Florida. Lia was a very generous person, intelligent and organized, and with a strong character. She enjoyed dancing, singing, and listening to music.
Lia was sister to Simon and is survived by her sisters Josefa, Maria and Natalia, her brother Juan, her nieces Raquel, Marina, Alba, Macarena, nephews David e Ivan, and her Grandniece Lea.
